Happy happy birthday to Serious Eats who turned 4 years old today. Four is my lucky number and Serious Eats is my favorite food blog, so this is a HUGE deal. If I wasn't spending my days studying my tuchas off for finals, then I so would would have made this cake for them. Everyone loves a good icebox cake and I make a damn good one! Not to disappoint anyone, but the one pictured below I stole from google images.
